I regret not going with an IPP motor. Kyle's price up front is very, very hard to beat on the back end, though it is harder to swallow the lump sum. So, IPP motor, 300D rails, Nismo 740ccs, new EFI harness (early or late, you'll have to do some splicing), GT600Rs, and a shiny new clutch. I know you just did the 120K service, but I'd replace the belt anyway. You'll need all new seals (cam and crank), but I'd imagine the tensioner and idlers are still fine, as well as the bypass hoses.
